Hey guys,

Been without a graphics cards for about 10 days now sent my faulty
58701GB to overclockers they confirmed the fault and sent it to sapphire.

Anyone experienced a typical turnaround with them for it be resolved and is it very likely i would be sent a Refurbished 5870 1GB or repairs may just be actioned?

I know any advice may be hypathetical but with contacting both overclockers and sapphire i am basically hit with takes up to 28 days and no clarifiaction in what will happen. :(

its just over a year old
 
from out the door, to back in the door, 3 weeks for me. had to send my card to czech republic for the RMA process and recieved a rplacement card.
