Are you openly admitting to having zero sitting in your house? I bet your guests love you or bring folding seats with them.
 
I always regret getting my cream leather couch my wife cleans it all the time but they do still go off cream.

Also check the cushions come off cos thats a pita if they dont. also make sure its a good grade leather as crap leather cant be repaired
