I can connect to live but when i search for live games on cod4 it says there's none. :\
Anyone having issues with xbox live?

Mine is still dead tonight, I sign in. Say messenger can't connect. And then logs me out completely, I just end up in offline mode. But then now and again I see people signing in and out which means obviously im not in offline mode.

My live has finally gone wrong again. I can sign in to live ok, but matchmaking is up the stinker. Think I'll give up for the rest of the week...perhaps they'll fix it for the weekend!
It still doesn't answer the burning question...why didn't it work when you need it most?
Especially with PS3 online service that works and is free. There were more PS3 sold in Europe than 360, no excuse from Microsoft.
I cant imagine the ps3 has the same number of online users. Does it?
Maybe less but if it does and it works?! Again, thats no excuse for Live especially with people who paid for it.

No where near as much. Also I don't think it has a video marketplace serving US or Europe (bits of) either - correct me if I'm wrong. Whenever I see people comparing the two services I just laugh because from my pov the PS network is no where near as close to Live in subs figures, content.
Despite having pulled out the Ethy cable on my 360 for most of Xmas, I'm still going to whine like a git every now and again on Major's blog. I respect the guy a lot but you can't have a major gaming service like this going shish kebab on the biggest holiday season of the year. Frankly it's just not good enough because even Xbox.com is slow as pants. Sony must have been laughing their heads off over Xmas.

Yeah, define "weren't able to get online". Because I could get online, on and off, I just couldn't do anything once I was there!! Also wouldn't be surprised if like everything else they'll compensate North America only.
Not to mention it still wasn't working last night - I'm figuring still wont work tonight. What ever it is that has gone **** up - it has done it big style.
