Anyone having storage problems with outlook.com/onedrive?

About 5 days ago I deleted 1.6gb worth of emails but the storage hasn't changed, and I must have chatted to 6 people at microsoft but they cant fix it. So are you having any problem with space not being freed up when you delete stuff..??

Have you made sure you have emptied the deleted items folder?

OneDrive isn't recovering my freespace, why?

As you can I have used 4.3gb, but I have now deleted most of that to 2.65gb, but its not freeing up the space and I have emptied the recycle bin... Why wont it free up the space and I did this a few days ago??

So basically I have roughly 16-20mb of emails in total and I deleted the 1.6gb worth of emails about 5 days ago, but it still hasn't freed up the space as you can see and they are deleted from everywhere I can think of... ive had 5 people from MS remotely controlling my pc, but there stuck too and now saying its a sever issue and there fixing it,, But are they, as Im thinking they cant be bothered checking the server to fix my problem and just wants me off their backs.... And yeah I have loads of space, , but I still want it sorting...
