Anyone kind enough to clean up an image.

I wonder if anyone with skills in photoshop would be kind enough to help with the following.

I'm volunteering to help a local Cricket Club do a basic website. There is an old Cricket Brochure I have scanned, Brochure dates back to 1915!

I wonder if someone with good photoshop skills could clean up the image for me? A link to the image is below.

Not sure you can do much with that? Looks like it wasn't flat whilst scanned either so some of the text is out of focus too :\

Indeed as above, its fairly easy to clean the marks and stuff off but re-aligning the text will be very difficult and time consuming.

On a side note, didn't Ernie spend a short time living in the scoreboard hut?
