Anyone know a company that could help?

I guess as you are having it in clear perspex, you are making a feature of it in the floor?
thought about frosting the underside and lighting it from below?
Will you be able to remove the perspex? or will it be bonded into the floor?

I quite like the idea of a lit well, would make a great talking point.

Its becomming a big feature, basically almost the centre of the room, waterproof lights in the well and having all the roof water drained off and into this well/cistern thing. We will put a pump in at some point to use it to water the garden or something. The perspex will be removeable probably, let us service the lights etc. :)
