This is driving me nuts.
Okay a while ago I saw this horror/thriller and thought it was good and want to watch it again with the missis but can't remember the bloody title, the plot goes like this.

!!!!BIG SPOILER IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THIS MOVIE!!!!

There are 3 people in like a log cabin, husband, wife and the wife's sister.
They get attacked by some serial killer, wife and sister hide in the basement.
The main twist of the plot is that there's not really a serial killer, the wife caught her sister and husband doing the dirty deed on the couch and imagined the serial killer to protect her mind as she is the actual killer.

I can't even remember who was in it

Pretty sure it was a B-ish movie but one of the better ones as the people could actually act.

Intensity, tv movie by Dean Koontz is nearly the same movie, so it might have been that?

Driving me mad, been checking imdb plotlines and everything, I really enjoyed the movie, you'd think I'd remember the damn title!

probably worth mentioning it came out in either 2007 or 2008

There's a US remake of a Jap film that is pretty similar; but the daughter is mental and is the one doing the killing although you're supposed to think her step mum wants her dead.
