Anyone know what tis part of my car is called and where I could get a replacement?

A while ago a milky drink was spilled in the boot of my car (E92 BMW 07 Plate), I've tried several ways to remove the stain but its still there. Does anyone know what the part of my car that is stained (picture below) is called and where I could get a replacement?

I'm not sure but if you went to a scrapyard/BMW Breakers and explained what it was to them I'm sure they'd be able to get you a new one

I'd probably describe it as the "boot floor" or "spare wheel cover" (assuming there is one).

From that link it appears to be the "Removable panel for luggage compartment"

Find a similar car at a dealers where they leave the cars unlocked and casually swap them around

If buying one is expensive, rent a Rug Doctor from Homebase (£13 for 24 hours). I'd say it would get rid of the milk stain, I used it on my interior and it's now like new.
