Question regarding that 12gb monthly eu roaming limit - does that apply to plans with data plans under 12gb too e.g. 5gb, or is the roaming limit also 5gb in that case? I'm reading conflicting info on their page.

This suggests 12gb regardless of plan size:

I've used Smarty for a year or so now.
Its generally ok but do find 4G freezes occasionally.

I'm on 60gb so I get 12gb abroad, my wife is on 4gb and gets 4gb abroad.
