Anyone own a BK Gemini? Or heard one?

2 and a half weeks.
They are busy at the moment.

ahh ok, guess i'll give them a call if i still havent heard anything by late next week.

anyways, i'll probably be asking you some questions when i get my sub as i have the same receiver as you and a complete sub n00bb :D

Ye i dont mind helping you. Im still a n00b aswell. Still getting to grips with my first 5.1 set-up.

Like others had suggested to me, i would order a SPL Meter as well to set it up properly to get the sound levels right. When my SPL Meter arrives i will be fiddling with the levels.

There's a lot out there for this price mark. The wharfedale 150 (multi award) winner is around this price, and looks lurvely. Also that epos els and m look spanktastic.

Very confused now, I guess it's another 'go listen to loads of systems' session, resulting in me picking my gut instinct from the start :p

Ant

BK > the others ;)

Even looking at a 300xls or maybe a 2nd hand SVS at the moment. Want to keep the upgrade bug away, but the stunning Monolith will be just too big for me, especially when I eventually move out again.

Bump. Ordered a BK Gemini II in black to hide under the study desk. Usage is mainly stereo HI-FI; FLACs from PC through a NAD D3020.

Considered the XLS200 for a little bit, but decided £100 extra probably wasn't worth it for my use case.

Will report back!

I was initially considering the Gemini, went with an XXLS400, now on a Monolith Plus. I know which one I like better.

I waited over 3 weeks for mine

I have had a P12-300SB-DF for about 6 months now. Living room is 7m by 5m and sub seems to fill the room pretty well.

No complaints here.
