Anyone own a gloss desk?

I am looking to completely redecorate my room including furniture and thinking of getting it done quite modern.

Does anyone know a good place to get high gloss furniture, in particular desks?

I know they are a little more expensive but they also seem hard to come by, especially if you are not buying online.

My other question is if anyone has a gloss desk what do they think of it compared to your standard wood? also if you could provide pics it would be great

Well you could get a solid wood desk and apply a high gloss oil? You'd get a mirror reflection with certain wood oils.

give me till end of the summer and I'll have a high gloss desk with a lit/gow top. Available for around £1k.

Currently working on designs just now.
