Anyone put their Christmas Tree up yet ?

Looking forward to my Christmas Bottle of Bailey’s, it’s an indulgence I allow myself at Xmas.

I think it should really all kick off to the start of Dec, too early just makes it feel a cheap and commercialised which it basically is.

I had Xmas pudding this week. Saw it at Sainsbury's, bought it and had some for evening dessert. I don't care much for Xmas tbh but a nice chunk of quality pud I'll eat anytime

Yes, those pretentious crepe sellers soon cottoned on to only having 1 busy day a year if they called themselves pancake sellers. Now they rake it in all year round, probably why they are so smug.

I love Christmas but even we haven't got any decorations out yet. I will start with the lights soon as I quite enjoy them when the evenings get darker. The neighbours can judge all they want (noticed last year it was very much nothing out until December and everything gone before January).

I have booked shopping slot already and bought most of the treats so planning is happening. Probably need to buy all the treats again when we give in and eat the first lot early.
