Dunno must have just been the way I done it. Try logging out, log back in, add the items, go to checkout, add the code and then click continue.

Do I have to do it all in one order? My monitor is getting worse by the day and although it would mean me paying for shipping twice I'm thinking it might be best to order the monitor ASAP assuming I can be at home for a day to receive it.
