Anyone remember planetside?

We are holding out for huxley now..which should come out around the time they turn off PS. We've tried a few other games..such as Neocron and BF but they are either too small or just plain awful.

I posted in another thread about Huxley, i'm not sure i will get from it what i get from PS. Still, look a great game in its own right, i'll definitely give it a go when it's released.

Planetside is the only MMO game i can actually enjoy!

TheDarAngel, i tried changing everything mate, it just wouldn't stop doing it. I got so annoyed with it i stopped playing it and cencelled my account.
What makes it worse is that sony blame the hardware manufacturers for the problem, when they should be updating their software to fully support the new hardware.

Played for a longtime when it was first released with the OCUK outfit, I then left the country for eighteen months. I resubscribed for a month in July just for the hell of it.

I nearly got the BR certification but my month ended and I didn't want to pay for it anymore. I felt that less people were playing now, all the people I used to play with had left, it was just getting to repetative and there was really very little development of the game going on, despite the subscription fee.

It was a lot of fun though and I'd like to see what some other developers could do with a similar kind of game world, but with better ongoing development.
