Anyone remember this crew?

Who could forget them! They own a Powerflow centre in Hayes, where I got my 172 exhaust fitted, They actually did a good job, but it was still funny to see them in real life. Theyre cars suck so hard.

I met a couple of these guys when I did that photoshoot for Juiced a few years back. Despite their dubious taste in car modding, and their Ali-G-esque tone they were actually nice guys, had a good laugh with them that day.

..or should that be had a good laugh at them ;)

Yeah I agree, they gave me a 10% discount on my exhaust (they run Topgear Hayes) because they overan the previous customers fitting by 20mins and came across as genuinely nice guys.

Lol, their old website was comedy gold for any non-modder. According to my mate who lives there the Hayes/Uxbridge area is quite a good place for any car modifier because there's no attitude, just respect and nods for anything modified. He runs about in a pro-street Trabant and used to have a V6 100E and a V6 Mk1 Escort.

Golf Mk1’s are now a rare sight on our roads, but this killer Mk1 on the road can take on anything.

... Fail :D

i like how they seem to think - induction kit / exhaust / simple port and polish = +55bhp on the golf.

these people are just so ill-informed!

That's how I added 95hp to a Cortina engine :confused:

Ok it needed an overbore and a cam as well :o :D

Why on earth do they water mark the pictures I mean honestly who would want to pinch them? Also why did they use 1.6 engined hondas surely if you going to spend all that time sticking plastic on it you're going to need plenty of power to just get to 50!

b16 = 160bhp stock.

100bhp/litre is not to be sniffed at.
