TBH, i'm more interested in the FusionIO drives at this point.
they come as expansion cards and connect over PCI-Express x4 for 700MB/s sustained reads and 80000 IOPS.
Pricing is surprisingly competitive with ordinary SSD's considering it has 10 times the performance - $2400 for 80GB, and they also do 160 and 320 GB versions.
A few of us are, but it's a fairly high price to pay for a decent I/O rate (sacrificing sustained read/write). For the cheaper SSDs RAID0 is just an attempt to get the sustained speed back up to platter rates.
