Anyone see the Meteor at 7am?

It was the german satellite. They even said in the paper that they have no idea where it is.

On Sunday, 23 October 2011, between 1:45 UTC (3:45 CEST) and 2:15 UTC (4:15 CEST) the german ROentgen SATellite ROSAT has re-entered Earth's atmosphere. There is currently no confirmation if pieces of debris have reached Earth's surface.

They must be wrong. Maybe it started its descent yesterday but it took a day to reach lower atmosphere.

Hmmm, now who do I really think is wrong here? A group of very professional teams including NASA and the German Aerospace Centre who have been tracking it's demise or groen.

It has to be groen everytime, obviously :rolleyes:


groen it reentered atmosphere between 1:45UTC and 2:15UTC and would have immediately began it's burn up, any debris is likely somewhere in Asia. The last time I checked (Unless you have a temporal and location translational device) London at 06:00UTC is no where near Asia.
