anyone still go to/ like McDonald or Burger King?

Yeah, still a big Maccie D fan. Not ashamed by it, just love the stuff. Been polishing off a few grand Big Macs lately, no bacon, I’m not perverted.

I await the food snobs descending on the thread with their noses high in the air.

Burger King made me ill as a child and it’s put me off ever since.
 
no snobbery but i cannot eat McD's or BK, i enjoy the taste but within about half an hour of eating out of either i end up feeling sick as a dog. must be something they use in the cooking process does not agree with me, not eaten there in a number of years as a result so no idea if it has changed. shame, used to quite enjoy a quick dirty feed, well apart from the urge to barf afterwards!
 
Big fan of 20 nuggets and a large fries every now and again, enjoy BK but the closest one is in some services and is still a fair drive away.
 
Yeah, I still like a McD. It's been a long time since I've had a BK, but I'm not against it.

I maintain that the Big Mac is still a nice burger, even in the face of 'gormet' burgers (oxymoron?) elsewhere.

I'm mostly partial to a KFC these days, though. Allow myself the occasional one for lunch when I'm really jonesing for it.

I like KFC, but it’s not as good as it was in the 80’s/90’s.
 
ffs all this talk is making me hungry......might have to visit the local chippy, chicken filet burger with lettuce, raw onion and mayo and a chip cheese and curry/gravy mmmmmmmm - who's joining me :p

I never really went back then - probably only a couple of visits at the end of the 90s (born 82), so don't remember it. I'm pleased they changed the fries - they used to be terrible.

Yeah I love mc chicken sandwich + fries + choc shake. I'd eat it every day if I could without being a total whale.
I don't like burger king tho, over priced, naff fries, and the burgers fall apart.
 
Yea KFC is my first choice for that type of fast food, I probably have McDonald's about once a year, Burger king less often, been years since. I'll have KFC a handful of times a year, to be honest, if I lived nearer a KFC or went past one in my routine, I'd have it more often.

McDonald's Vs Burger King, I actually prefer BK burgers, but everything else they do is awful.

When McDonald's are doing grand big macs, or big tasties, I can't see any advantage to BK.

Also, take away pizza, Domino's etc, I've never understood the appeal at all, so expensive, for some salty pizza, I'm not fussed at all.

Kebab, mmmmm a good chicken shish kebab the best. Even doner (chicken or lamb) from a decent Turkish kebab place, I'm not talking about that grey coloured elephant leg paste, but the proper sliced lamb or chicken doners from a high quality kebab take away or restaurant. Very nicr.
 
I'm not a big fan of fast food and avoid fast food chain burgers, I just don't enjoy them. I do enjoy the McD's fiery buffalo chicken wraps though and because of them, I've been to McD's more often recently than in the last ten years combined.

Generally though, if I want something fast then I'll head to a chippy.
