I've come to the conclusion that whilst I like bf4, I had much more fun playing bf3 so wanna go back for more.

Anyone on here still play at all?

I still play BF3 occasionally.

I find it hard to get into a server which is hosting multiple maps on rotation so I usually end up getting bored.

Would be up for some games one evening my username on Origin is PLEYOR.
 
Yup, still play very regular. Our server is always full and runs all the popular maps on vote and/or rotation. Rush and conquest.
 
Tried going back to it a few months ago but the game is a mess now:

- **** server choice, either stupidly high tickets, fast spawn vehicles or/and only 1/2 maps on rotation
- all the high ranks get put on one side
 
keys were free or very cheap so hackfest.

this is main reason to stay away from older games.which is a shame.
 
no im banned from pretty much every decent BF3 server that isnt fast vehicle repsawn or 1000+ tickets
 
I occasionally play a bit of BF3, it's still a great game when you find a decent server.

It's dirt cheap these days, just open a new account and smurf. The salt you'll get as a low level player will be worthwhile. :D

Which server do you play on out of interest? I still play BF3 too as I didn't like the BF4 demo so never purchased it. I still have great fun playing BF3 on a few servers but primarily one, the '[DH] Dirty Heroes' server. This one rotates maps.

I am tempted to get Battlefield 1 however I will wait to see how the reviews of Rising Storm 2: Vietnam compare to it. I really enjoyed Bad Company 2 Vietnam so RS may get my purchase later in the year.

Tbh every pro pilot I saw used it! So annoying tho, for realism wish joystick was mandatory haha.

But yeah BF3 was decent, don't know how its got progressively worse.. Blinking heck I remember the Alpha of BF3, WOW, was blown away!
