Anyone tried the lasagne sandwich?

I was going to post yes: it's delicious.

However, not this abomination.

Left over lasagne in a toastie is sublime. 1st/2nd year undergrad fare. Oh how I wish I still made them.

On another note, chilli is great in a toastie, as is curry.

:)

The average pre-made sandwich is around 400-500 calories.

I don't see what all the fuss is about.

A cheese and mayo and onion is about the same

Then you got your chicken ceaser wraps at around 475cal

That sounds awesome, I hope it'll sell here in the future too.
Good lasagna taste, on a sarny, without the fuss of eating lasagna as usual ( I hate the messy process of eating it).

I like most normal meals on a sandwich, far easier to eat and tastes nice too.

Nice amount of calories too, with luck you shouldn't be hungry for an hour or 3(perhaps4) after it.

ffs now I'm hungry though because of this thread but I should go to bed and when I eat something it'll mean I'll have trouble falling asleep for an hour or so, so I can't eat.

Lets face it.

Anything works in a sandwich

True, one of my faves is the roast dinner sandwich, using left over cold roast dinner.... which goes like so;

Bread
Butter
Chicken
Stuffing
Yorkshire pudding
Potatoes
Gravy
Butter
Bread

:D

On topic that does look good, I'd love to try it and as said isn't that many calories compared to most pre packed sandwiches.

I NEVER gain weight so I wouldn't mind scuffing a few down!

I used to be like that, and then it suddenly changed one day, so watch out if you're a young'un as it may all change.

I'd happily sample one of these though. Lasagne and sarnies, great combination. May pop into Tesco tomorrow and get it for breakfast.
