Anyone use a bi-amp or tri-amp setup with active XO?

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I was wondering if it's worth putting some sort of cap on the tweeter for protection.

My amp makes a little pop sound when I turn it on, and I doubt this does the tweeter much good, as it's got an amp channel all to itself.

Thoughts? I've got a 63v 100nF film cap, this should do the trick shouldn't it?

The down the volume on your amp before turning it off, and then turn it up again only when it's turned on. (At least that's what you used to do to protect equipment before digital volume controls.)
