Anyone use WHS as a Print Server?

Hallo,
Just wondering if anyone out there is using WHS as a print server.
I seem to have a problem, and I cannot work out what is going on. My main PC has 2 users, myself and my girlfriend. My password is the same as the WHS one. Hers is the same as her WHS one but different from mine.

When I print or view folders, it goes straight to the WHS just like it should. However, my gf cannot. It gives access denied even though the passwords are the same. WHS wants the home server password to be the same as the windows one. In other words, everyone would have the same passwords.
Why is this? It seems stupid and pointless tbh.

Can anyone help here?

Is she set up as a user in WHS? I have two users accessing the home server here from three seperate machines and we have no authentication issues.

Try removing and recreating the account on the Home server?

I'm using my WHS as a print server. I'd suggest the same as lokers make sure she is user within WHS management.

Yes, the user is in both the local PC and the WHS. I will have a play with another account then methinks. At least I know its just me
