Hi, im currently with tmobile on basic contract sim only past 12 months now, £10.50 300mins - 300 texts - 500mb with unlimited browsing

my speed used to be capped at 4mb, but after i called it got uncapped, i have a sim free galaxy s4 and speed i get is great, 12-18mb download , i tried a three sim to test it only gets 1-4mb so not great

as its 500mb data, i use it up quick, between 12am and 4pm i can stream etc no problems, but after can just browse and speed gets capped to 1.2mb

im interested in the £16 with 2000mins - unlimited texts and data, im really interested in the data

im worried the speed will get capped again, i chatted online with them and told be its not capped, if i was to join and it was capped could i call and get it uncapped ?

Thanks

Full Monty Tariffs are speed capped at 4Mbps. This is for everyone. No way around it.

The chitterchatter offer you have mentioned is also a Full Monty tariff. So will have the same speed cap. That was more my point.

hi, i chatted to them by online chat, and was told it will not be capped,

there should be ordered to tell you if its capped or not, i remember i was getting 4mb and called up ask if its capped and said no its not capped none of our services are capped, then few hours later i started getting 10-18mb download, why are they allowed to do this ?

Well either chitterchatter are knowingly lying or don't actually know.

Unfortunately T-Mobile now cap all Full Monty tariffs.
