Anyone using >45" TV as a screen?

Is its main purpose a monitor or tv??? tvs tend to bit a bit slow when used as monitors

I used a 55" 4K TV for a monitor for half a year and I thought it was amazing. But today my Acer Z35 got delivered. Whilst it's 20" smaller I think it'll be a much better gaming experience.
For me though I sit and game on the floor. I don't like desks or being stuck in a chair. So my TV setup was about 2 metres from where I sat. With a desk setup I imagine a 40" would probably be the maximum size you'd want to go up to.
