anyone using play tv?

Looking to pick one up tomorrow though my PC already has a ATV tuner into a VM STB and a dual DTV tuner so its not really needed. Just want it for the convenience of switching on the PS3 and then into PlayTV rather than switching on the PC if I dont need it on - dont have a TV, but a monitor...

Has anyone seen any murmurings about a HD version of PlayTV? We're getting ever closer to digital switchover in my region (Granada) and that will enable HD over Freeview broadcasts which I'd like to sample right away. If there's no new PlayTV, I'll have to get one of those dodgy PVRs from the catalogue shop. :D

Nothing yet. No one has hardware available at the moment and I'd assume thet Sony would be dependent upon a third party to come up with a cheap USB DVBT2 decoder which could be some time.

You wont lose any channels after switchover either as it will still support all of the non HD channels.
 
Apparently the Crystal Palace transmitter will be switching over early (December), so that might get a few people nudging at the PLay Tv guys to come out with a revised edition (which I would snap up on day of launch).
I absolutely love my Play Tv and would recommend it to anyone.
Needs series link though, but i'm sure it'll hit in an update one day.
