Anyone want to help me create a CSS and XHTML?

Been asked by a friend of a friend to redo his company website, I said fine thinking it needs a few small changes...turns out the whole thing needs redo'ing.

So I need someone to help/be willing to make me the CSS and XHTML, once I have these I can do the rest from there. Anyone willing to help?

Don't quite understand what you need.

You've already done the design and you need it chopping to html?
You want someone to design and code it?
You need some one to make the HTML and CSS of the present site?
You need someone to implement some small HTML and CSS changes?
 
He currently has a site.

But he wants some 'changes' doing to the site - looking at the new site design it'd be easier to rewrite the CSS and XHTML rather than working from an original.

So I need a CSS and XHTML creating so I can create the rest of the pages from that. :)

I'm not getting paid for this by the way..

If I have a template to work from I can do it, I thought it would be working from the original...it's a complete rework so needs the CSS and XHTML doing.

Something of an exaggeration, but true enough.
If not knowing CSS is holding you back when you're otherwise competent with web development, is it not worth learning?
I put off getting familiar with CSS for ages as I was something of a tables zealot, but once I finally did, never looked back!
