Anyone who has taken out a 25% Flext contract - Check your bill!!

as per title, just recieved my first invoice this morning and no 25% discount has been applied.

rang CS and they advised there was a problem at their end and its happened to a lot of people :rolleyes:

Said that it would be recitifed on the next bill, but i said this wasnt satisfactory so they said they are going to ring me tomorrow after they have looked into it. :rolleyes:

not holding any hope to be honest, didnt expect to have any trouble with it :mad:

They said a lot of people have had this problem, so i'd check your bill to be on the safe side...

lol, its free via 150 isnt it?

They said its something to do with billing cycles, people on certain billing cycles have been nilled wrongly. load of rubbish in my opinion.

Think they are doing it on the fact that a lot of people dont look at the their bills.
 
well my bill came to £87.30, when it should have been £64.80.

I've cancelled my direct debit and am going to pay them over the phone via debit card, and reinstate the direct debit when they get their act together.
