Anyone who has taken out a 25% Flext contract - Check your bill!!

as per title, just recieved my first invoice this morning and no 25% discount has been applied.

rang CS and they advised there was a problem at their end and its happened to a lot of people :rolleyes:

Said that it would be recitifed on the next bill, but i said this wasnt satisfactory so they said they are going to ring me tomorrow after they have looked into it. :rolleyes:

not holding any hope to be honest, didnt expect to have any trouble with it :mad:

They said a lot of people have had this problem, so i'd check your bill to be on the safe side...

lol, its free via 150 isnt it?

They said its something to do with billing cycles, people on certain billing cycles have been nilled wrongly. load of rubbish in my opinion.

Think they are doing it on the fact that a lot of people dont look at the their bills.
 
Yeah ive had this problem too, my first bill had the discount applied no problem but checked my 2nd one online on the 4th and it hadn't been taken off. I have phoned twice and they have told me the bill has been sent off to be recalculated and that there are lots of people with this problem.

Hoping they get it sorted ASAP as ive got mine and my gf's phones on the same bill, one on flext30 and one on flext35. Due to them not taking off the 25%'s its costing me an extra £15

What should it look like when you get the bill to see if the 25% is on it correctly or not. To say t mobiles bills are hard to understand is an understatement.

haha, they actually phoned me!

Said it should be fixed within the next week or so. Wether thats true or not, ill just have to wait and see!
 
getting mine tomorrow. online it says im going to be charged 27.70 or something which is like 1.45 more than what i should be charged (flext35) so might have to give them a call.

And yes 150 is charged at 10p per minute from your call allowance.
 
well my bill came to £87.30, when it should have been £64.80.

I've cancelled my direct debit and am going to pay them over the phone via debit card, and reinstate the direct debit when they get their act together.
