Anyone who is doing AQA A2 Computing this year I need some help!

Hey guys basically I need a bit of help,just received a phone call from a mate which he told me that I have to fill in a form about the coursework we done and we need to give it in tomorrow morning. The problem is that I have a doctors appointment so I won't be able to go in until much later so I was wondering what type of form do I need to fill in is it downloadable from the AQA site?

I've just a quick look on the AQA site and I can't find anything. AQA probably wouldn't want students to be downloading these to stop you from filling the forms in wrong. They'll have centre numbers and module info that depends on each school and you'd not be expected to know these things.

Is there no chance of getting into school early, say between 8am and 8.30 or something and filling the form out quickly? Or getting your mate to fill the form out for you and sign on your behalf?

Give your teacher a ring in the morning and see if you can get them to accept this.

Awww bummer,I think I may have to go in early,do you know what exactly we need to fill in because I remember I was given a form at the start of the year dunno if its that one if it is I may have a search round the house in a bit.

Er no idea mate. I don't actually do A2 Computing. I'm at Uni. Don't tell the OP that.

Er I doubt they'd give out the form at the beginning of the year. You're a student. You'll just lose it.

The one i had to fill in for AS basically required me to fill in details for:

my name
candidate number
center name
center number

And i had to sign and date it saying that you've had no help etc

I guess it will be similar for A2

Yeah, it's the same thing. I did AS and A2 computing at school.

Ahh right thanks guys guess I have to go into school and get it filled in then so the form its just signing it and putting your name,candidate number in,I don't need to fill in stuff like project description?
