Just a quick question; if you make a claim do you get just a handset or the full retail package?

it actually depends on the level of insurance you have. If you have standard insurance they can (and have) sent out refurbs in just a brown box. If you have the premium one it's brand new.

Didnt think there were different levels, they asked want insurence at £8 a month, and she said yes.

Hmm o2 standard insurance is £6pm or premier is £7.50pm
