Anyone worried about Bioshock?

I'm not worried about bioshock, looks rubbish to me and so don't plan on getting it. I'm sure it will be a great game if you like that sort of thing but it looks to 'weird' for me.

I think Bioshock looks great judging by that E3 vid of it on the 360, im looking forward to this a lot more than Crysis.

Likewise, at least there is a firm date for this.

I agree this game does look great, I haven't read up on it too much though and I'm yet to discover what the objective is in the game.

Having seen the E3 vids I can't say I'm impressed, the graphics are good but that's all that looks good about it, the gameplay seems similar to something like Serious Sam or Pain Killer, which are both good games but I thought this game was trying to achieve something with more depth.

Crysis i thought would be dissapointing until i saw the E3 developer walkthroughs, which i thought were very impressive, plus the world exclusive crabs were awesome :D

Bioshock im really unsure about, looks amazing but as a huge fan of deus ex im hoping its not just action all the way through.

The environments and atmosphere look spot on, but I don wonder whether the gameplay will leave a lot to be desired. From the videos I've seen so far I've not been inspired.

However, if they can mix the gaming elements as well as they did for Deus Ex then it could be a hit.

why ut3 when its clearly the 4th installment of the game

UT
UT2k3
UT2k4
UT3

Because UT2004 should have been a patch for UT2003 and they know it.

I'm personally really looking forward to Bioshock, more so than UT3 and Crysis anyway. I really enjoyed SS2, it's one of the best games ever made, so it will be interesting to see how they have evolved the idea and story.

Crysis and UT3 look like just more FPS games to me, with fancy graphics that will just **** me off because they will make me spend a fortune upgrading my PC :p I've yet to see anything really new from either of them.

As for my view on Crysis, Far Cry was fantastic, one of the best SP FPS games there is.... until you start shooting stupid monsters and crap like that. Crysis looks like it's all like that...

The developer walkthrough of Crysis did look absolutely stunning. I got the sort of feeling watching it as I did the first time I loaded up Far Cry.

Wouldn't go that far but it does have a lot to live up to.

I would go that far, sure it looks good, not as good as it was made out to be in terms of graphics, I dont like the weird thing he is wearing and I dont like the fact you can pick up people and cars and stuff.

lets be honest bioshock is one of the wierdest games ever

i mean little girls that have to stick syringes in guys to feed on their bodily fluids...... come on WTF

still i will be getting it and probably be loving it

I think thats a good thing. Don't you get bored of fighting the same old cliched people? Like terrorists, mercenaries and the obligatory zombies?
