My G7 logitech wireless has been fine apart from sometimes double clicking when I click once. Right now, its not responding at all, the leds light up and everything looks fine, just the laser. Is this normal? do these things fail often? Only had a year, will have to return it.

Could it be the laser that died or something else? Anyone had this happen to their G7 mouse?

Had mine 14 months ... last week wierd things started to happen like my window would scroll up/down (ala wheel scroll) whilst I was not even touching it  I plugged my MS optical mouse back in and all is well ... so for me it is buggered.

Yea, it does that too. I have my MS optical mouse plugged in too now but it feels horrible compared to the G7.

Mine had the double click on single issue too, sadly they don't make it over here any longer and you'll be offered a corded G9 or a non gaming MX Revolution as a replacement. You can also request a refund.

No idea, it's not a gaming mouse and it doesn't have two fast swap batteries, I asked for a refund.

Yeah i had mine go the same way as that over a year ago it must be. A great mouse though.
They have stopped manufactoring, well for the UK i think and arnt sold anyway really.
Sent mine back to Logitech and got the the MX revolution but very good for desktop use but not so hot for gaming.
