In retrospect, no, but I was 15. It lasted about 2 years after that, with three more visits (once more to her, her twice to me, three wreeks at a time). I'm now at the wise old age of 22 - I did get to do what a lot of 15-year olds can only dream of mind, whether you count that as a plus or not is a matter of opinion

When we were 'courting' in the winter, my beloved OH picked an enormous icicle from the roof of our local pub and kept it in the freezer until summer.

The proposal came whilst we were working at Wembley Arena during Holiday on Ice and he got them to announce it during the interval to several thousand uninterested ticket holders. I still can't hear a Strauss waltz without developing a nervous twitch.
