No I tried that, the enterprise version only seemed to have the enterprise edition on it, even when you edited the ISO to allow you to select version I could still only select the enterprise edition

I've since got the RTM version by "other means" and will activate it with my key when my professional dvd turns up, hopefully within 30 days

You could next day courier an 80mm fan if you wanted to pay for it.

Just had an e-mail saying my order is 'processing' and my card has been charged, can only be a good sign. I didn't order from OcUK though.

Download the RTM (Release to manufacturer) version which is the version that will go to press. Activate it within 30 days with the key you receive

Just had the same. WTF happend to companies shipping out pre-orders so they actually ARRIVE on the date of release.

Every pre-order I've placed over the past 6 months or so (with various people for games/software/hardware) has only been posted on or very shortly before the release date and has arrived late. I really am starting to wonder if there is a point to pre-orders anymore (beyond the discount in this instance of course).

Got my email, its on it's way, with an tracking number. So it is true then, Microsoft is allowing Win 7 to be released early.

Just ordered a copy of Ultimate for shop collection.

I don't trust the postage and I have a brand new system -i7/Radeon 5870/6 Gb ram waiting for an OS. I keep being tempeted to install Vista but it's a little silly when I only have a few days to wait!

I wish there was a way to install Win 7 and then the product key on release!
