Anyway to check prunning processes

Anyway to check running processes

In task manager there are 2 that Im not sure what they are or where they have come from. Google doesnt come up with anything so I was wondering if there is anyway to "track" the process to where it came from or what its running for?

yup, use process explorer, awesome tool from the sysinternals guys, even tells you which services are running under each svchost process
