Anyway to control iphone through the computer?

Hello,

Smashed my iPhone 4S screen today and i cannot see anything on it. I have had a load of texts come though and really need to retrieve them and read them as some of them should be extremely important.

Anyway to control and see my iphone screen through my computer?

It is not jailbroken and is on 6.1.2.

Do you have any insurance or warranty for your phone. Your home contents insurance may cover it.

Yeah, it is insured. I am off to Spain tomorrow though so that will balls that up lol.

I just need to retrieve the texts. Any way to do this at all? Anyway i could get them to show up on a iPod4 maybe?

ouput the picture onto a tv/monitor? You'll need to borrow the relevant cable and I'm hoping it mirrors image instantlu rather than requiring input.
