Anyway to have a "scan for hardware changes" shortcut?

Ive just started using AHCI mode for my esata external and my removable internal hdd, and most of the time I need to click "scan for hardware changes" in the device manager to pick up my removable internal hdd.

I have 2 of these, using 1 externally using esata and 1 internally using the caddy.
