Anywhere doing proper pollen counts?

I thought anti histomines are really good for hayfever and removes the symptons if you take one a day?

whats this about the honey? how comes it has to be local?

antihistamines are good, if they work for you. i only get about 1 or 2 hours of use out of them before it's worn off.

local bees use local pollen to make the honey, so if you eat the honey, your'e supposed to build an immunity to the local pollen... your going to have to eat a lot of the honey for it to work, if it does work.
