AOE 3: Warchiefs crashing

Whenever I try to play the game I can play for about 5mins until it crashes turns my screen black and then gives me the BSOD saying a display driver caused an error and windows has been shutdown to save your pc...blah.blah

Updated the game using the update inside it but still no luck.

Running x64 vista, anyone know how I can fix the problem?

I have no problems with it on vista 64 bit.

Have you patched it?
