AORUS GeForce RTX™ 2080 Ti XTREME WATERFORCE 11G - question about boost

Yes this is normal for current gen Nvidia cards. Boost is directly linked to temperature (and power) limits. Keep the card cool and it will boost higher.

For example when I had a 2080Ti under custom water the boost will hold up in the mid 1900's vs mid 1800's on air.

Clock speed will drop when temps go up

it's about 15mhz you lose for every 2 or 3 degrees in temp above 50c

you can still get more clock speed out of that card by overclocking

So clocks 1850-1870mhz without oc on max temp peak 63-64C is ok on that card?
2080ti produces a nice amount of heat because of how powerful they are. My 2080ti reached 62-63C max but at 2070Mhz, must note that its a Strix though. It does sound more or less in line with 3rd party 2080tis.

So clocks 1850-1870mhz without oc on max temp peak 63-64C is ok on that card?

Temps are higher than I would expect but the temps are still good.
Given it's a 240mm AIO stuck on the card, I'd have expected up to 10c lower temps for those clocks OR 2000mhz+ for the temps you have now.

Yeap i have 63-64C max on 1850-1870mhz boost. Its my second Aorus Xtreme Waterforce.

On first Aorus Xtreme Waterforce i had the same temps on 1950mhz boost :)

Case is Cooler Master Centurion C700P BIG TOWER. Goodairflow. So i think its the cards just.
