APB Buddy Keys?

Are they still forcing ppl with 32bit systems and/or less then 4GB ram to run the game with minimal settings ? Was ridiculous truly.

oh brilliant.. i dont get to try it because their stupid idea of delaying the emails to europe for the buddy keys meant it didnt arrive in time -.- if they cant even do that right maybe the game isnt even worth trying..

Are you really interested in buying a game when they've apparently just laid off all their staff?

uve got a really good point there, while none of the staff which were fired were working on apb, and that they're now only focusing on the game, theres always the chance they just die and then i bought a game which is unusable :S

but then theres the chance it is a good game and they wont die, but is it really worth paying 18 quid for a risk?

EDIT: found it for 2 quid so almost definetely getting it now xD

Please get your facts correct before posting garbage.

What that they've just gone into administration?

Anyone seriously thinking of buying the game when the company running it is in the state that they are in is nuts.

Considering all the crappy reviews the game has got and now the company is in administration i cant see the servers being up for much longer. If you've not already bought the game then you've done yourself a favour, AVOID.

Its a dam shame, I worked there for a year (would have been 2 years this month I started) on the My World project (which could have been there Deus Ex so to speak), and the main issues with the gameplay on APB were there when I played it two years ago. and nothing was done despite most the QA staff warning them. I could go on but i don't want to bad mouth peeps that have otherwise had a ****ty day today.

I don’t regret my time there, Dave J is a really nice guy, was a little scary at first being in meetings with him. Even got to meet Mark Rein one day when he visited and he signed my copy of UE3, good days.

ah, thanks, apb looks so good :| is it worth considering buying? i have enough money for it but theres also 2 other games i was thinking of getting with that money

well the game is great iam going to get it my self but the only thing is you need high requirements to be able to run it like a quad core would run it good and its same missions over and over again 3 missions.so think about it before buying it mate.and not to mention you need **** loads of money to be able to custom your character so need to do allot of missions -.0 same missions over xD

Are you really encouraging people to purchase a game that appears to have absolutely no future? Seems rather irresponsible to me.

seems like id enjoy it, but ive no idea if my computer can run it.. anyway to check? or should i just copy my dxdiag into here? my computer can run metro 2033 on high and crysis on high.. seems like id be able to..
