I've used both and recently moved over to Aperture. I much prefer aperture, mainly because it deals with multiple monitors far better than Lightroom 2 (which has just added multiple monitor support) LR2 seems to behave a bit strangley with my 24" Eizo monitor.

A lot of people including myself have also noticed that the end result just seems a little "better" some say this is due to the noise being more controlled in the processing.
