I run aperture 3.0 at the moment from a WD 500gb external small hard drive without any problems at all. Not sure if its USB 3 or 2 but I've been thinking about using a USB flash driver pen instead.
How do you think a 128GB USB 2 flash driver would fair?
I've asked this in the apple software section earlier with no answer so thought maybe this would be a better location.
