Aperture 3 help?

Hi, is it possible to replace sky using Aperture 3? I like to replace the sky in some photos to nice blue sky with fluffy white clouds. I currently use PSP 12 for this. I am hoping to get an iMac 27" shortly with Aperture 3 but cant find and tutorial for this type of work.

I don't think so. Aperture is only for adjustments/processing. I don't think it lets you do layers and masking.

mmmm gutted. Thought Aperture 3 was all I needed. Any other program that does it apart form Photoshop? Dont want all the expense.

Photoshop CS4 Aperture is pretty good! I've only just started using it but so far so good!

Aperture is very much a cataloging, post processing and adjustments tool. If you want full editing tools you should find a dedicated application such as Photoshop.

Not everyone is comfortable using pirated software, however, you can download a free trial from the Adobe website if that is the drift we are talking about

Think I am leaning towards Photoshop Elements 8 and Aperture 3.

Elements 8 is a good price and should cover all my needs.
