Apex M800 - keys not working?

I recently bought the apex M800, and was loving it until last night. Firstly it would not work until I unplugged and replugged, for about 15 mins until I would have to repeat the procedure. Now, this morning I turned on my pc; while typing I realised that my q key was no longer working...I have since restarted the pc a dozen times, turned off at the wall, and even re downloaded all the appropriate software. I am beginning to think it is a fault of the heavily based reliance of software within this keyboard, or a processor fault. I would appreciate any help.

Have you got SS Engine installed and is your KB on the latest firmware? If you have and it is than it sounds like a RMA is required.

I have reinstalled SS Engine twice now and the keyboard is up to date. I have also tried using the keyboard on another pc, with the same results.

While that Chinese copy switch might have failed in Q key some other hardware fault is more likely cause for such behavior.
It behaving same in other PC confirms problem is in it.
