Apologising to a client or clients family for an error

:D

I must admit I have a vague memory that you serviced washing machines or something...

I worked at Creda/Hotpoint/Indesit for 27 years and ended up being the factory Quality Audit Technician. During that time I had No 1 Stamp which meant I could build, test and repair any product.
Since 2010 I have worked in a Legal Department in a Hospital so quite up on Clinical Negligence & Inquests.

He did mention safeguarding. My guess is its in relation to social services.

So it could be a delicate situation.

This and this:
Or be influenced by this "gift" in order to continue doing business with you.
Depends on how Safeguarding want to play it? What they generally do is come in turning everything upside down and look at both the clients and our data for the last 12 months concerning our relationship.

I'd prefer to take my sensitive legal advice from an actual person rather than a faceless stranger.

That may be when/if it goes to the next stage but there's no harm in asking here at this first satge.
We have some really clever people on these forums so why not use them.

And there's some people on here who are a bit deluded and talk nonsense most of the time.

For serious advice people should seek a professional and not try to work out whos advice is correct and who is full of **** :)
