app to backup/restore everything ?

i'm moving from vodafone ultra 6 to nexus X5

i need an app to backup/restore everything.

i dont mind paying as long its best one

Pretty sure, because I've asked before, that there is no definitive solution to this problem on Android. Unless you're rooted of course...
