App to edit text files in dropbox, must support pc too!!

I'd like to be able to edit simple text files in my dropbox on my iphone. I was suggested iA Writer, bought it, liked it, then found out it can't read/edit text files created by pc, only macs.. useless!

Can anyone suggest some apps that play nicely with dropbox and allow text editing both on iphone AND pc?

Any suggestions much appreciated.

I use notesy, works great. In the settings there's various options to help windows compatibility including the "returns" on Windows Notepad. Also a universal app for iPad use too.

Google Drive
allows rich text editing of files, and Syncs to Google. Mac and Windows app also available
