App to measure horizontal speed.

Hi there,

I'm looking for an app that will record horizontal speed (up to around 60mph) for around 1 minute and save the results (e.g.

Time Speed
1.00 0mph
2.00 22mph
3.00 46mph
4.00 47mph
5.00 42mph
6.00 49mph


etc)

It needs to record my location or speed at least once every second or so.

I have a Nokia n95 8Gb.

EDIT: A piece of software that will just record permission (e.g. location every second) would be just as good.

I haven't had a GPS-enabled phone to try this on in a long time so my apologies in advance if it doesn't update fast enough but have you tried Nokia Sport Tracker. It's designed for tracking cycling, jogging or running but worked quite well for logging car or train journeys when I last used it.

It'll log both position and speed AFAIK
