App to monitor a windows process

I've had a look on google but can't find anything that will do what i want, maybe OCUK can come to the rescue? Thats if something exists.....

Basically i want an application to monitor a process, when this process consumes X amount of memory or runs for X amount of time i want the process to be killed. This will be on a server 2003 box.

Any suggestions?

was looking for something similar myself to monitor a game server. Firedaemon seems to be what a lot of people use but I don't think it's free. It does what you want and a good bit more so perhaps it's a bit much for your needs. Also, try googling for batch files, it's a hobby for a lot of people to write batch files that do that sort of stuff
